Class InfoMetadata
Parsed contents of a LIST chunk with type INFO — the standard RIFF
metadata container (artist, title, copyright, etc.).
Use the named properties for common tags, or this[string] / Contains(string)
to access arbitrary four-character INFO subchunk ids.
Also writable: construct, Set(string, string) entries, then serialise via
WriteInfoMetadata(WaveFileWriter, InfoMetadata, ChunkPosition).
