Exception thrown by DirectSound API operations. Inherits from COMException for backwards compatibility with code that catches COMException from the legacy [ComImport] path (which auto-threw on failure HRESULTs via PreserveSig=false). The [GeneratedComInterface] migration moved DirectSound to explicit [PreserveSig] int-returning slots, so HRESULT inspection is now done via ThrowIfFailed(int).
