IWaveChunkInterpreter<T> that reads the cue and companion LIST/adtl chunks from a WAV file and returns a CueList. Returns null only when no cue chunk is present. When a cue chunk exists without a companion LIST/adtl label chunk, the cues are returned with empty labels.
