Decodes a block of mu-law encoded bytes into 16 bit linear samples.

Parameters

source ReadOnlySpan<byte>

mu-law encoded bytes.

destination Span<short>

Output samples. Must be at least as long as source.

MuLawToLinearSample(byte)

Converts a mu-law encoded byte to a 16 bit linear sample
